WHO WE ARE

Hello everyone, we are Alberto and Ornella, and we would like to briefly share our story with you.

OUR GREEN COMMITMENT

Environmental protection is a concrete commitment that guides every choice we make.

For this reason, Il Viaggio does not use gas: the entire facility is powered exclusively by electricity, largely self-produced through our three photovoltaic systems.

We have also implemented a rainwater collection system with dedicated storage tanks, minimizing waste.

In agriculture, we follow sustainable practices: our chickpea and barley crops require no irrigation, while olive trees need water only in their early years and during the hottest periods.

A simple, essential and respectful agricultural model, in harmony with the land that hosts us.
